Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers purchases made on kulbhushanpareek.com from Kulbhushan Pareek ("I", "me"): the Deep Audit (single audits and audit packs) and my consulting services.

1. The Deep Audit is a digital service delivered immediately

Your audit starts as soon as your payment completes, and the report is usually in your inbox within about 15 minutes. Each audit runs real checks and paid AI queries against your site, so a report that has been delivered is not refundable. You can see exactly what the report contains in the sample on the Deep Audit page before you buy.

2. Report or your money back

If an audit cannot complete (for example, your site blocks our checks or a technical error stops the run), the credit goes back to your account automatically and I will either re-run it at no cost or refund your payment in full, whichever you prefer. If a report is clearly broken because of an error on my side, I re-run it for free.

3. Unused credits and duplicate payments

Audit packs (3 or 10 credits) can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if no credit has been used. If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment is refunded in full.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any point before paying; an unpaid order is never charged. Payments are one-off: the Deep Audit is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically.

5. Consulting services

SEO, GEO and marketing consulting engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement we both sign, including its notice period. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable. Strategy calls booked through this website are free.

6. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking or PayPal), through the gateway you paid with.
• I process approved refunds within 2 business days. Your bank or payment provider usually takes a further 5 to 7 business days to show the money in your account.
• Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. I do not charge any refund fee.

7. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@kulbhushanpareek.com from the address you used to buy, with your order email or the Razorpay / PayPal payment ID. I reply within 2 business days.
