Information
Prompt lists are everywhere, and most are padding: fifty variations of "act as an expert and write about X". This library is smaller and different. Every prompt linked or shown here was used on a real campaign of mine or a client's, kept because it produced output I actually shipped, and thrown out when it did not. In 13+ years of marketing work, the lesson that matters most is simple: Claude is only as good as the data you paste into it.
Use this page as the index. Each category below explains when to reach for prompts versus Claude skills, shows one flagship prompt you can copy right now, and links to the full collection for that job.
Before the collections, the pattern behind all of them. Four parts, every time. First, a role with a stake: "You are a senior SEO consultant auditing a client site before a renewal call" beats "You are an SEO expert" because stakes shape judgment. Second, real data: paste your Search Console rows, your actual page copy, your real lead list. Third, a defined output: table, prioritized list, email draft, whatever you will actually use. Fourth, quality rules: banned phrases, required specificity, length limits. When a prompt disappoints, one of these four is missing, and it is usually the second.
The deepest collection on this site: 47 prompts covering site audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, internal linking, and Search Console analysis. This is where to start if you are new to using Claude for marketing, because SEO prompts produce verifiable results fastest: you can check rankings and crawls against what Claude claims.

Prompts for blog production, optimization of existing posts, and content that earns AI citations. The core principle in every content prompt: Claude structures and drafts, you supply the experience and the numbers. Content written from nothing reads like everyone else's; content written from your material reads like you.

Prompts for cold outreach personalization, lead scoring, and follow-up sequences. The non-negotiable rule in this category: research before writing. A prompt that generates outreach without prospect research generates spam, and spam burns domains. Every prompt here demands the research inputs first.
Flagship prompt to try right now:
Prompts for LinkedIn posts, X threads, and turning one article into a week of platform-native content. The voice problem dominates this category: without your writing samples in the prompt, Claude defaults to the generic AI cadence every feed is now numb to. Paste examples of your own posts every time, or better, store them in a skill.
Flagship prompt to try right now:
Simple rule from running both daily: prompts are for testing, skills are for repeating. The first time you try a workflow, paste the prompt and judge the output. The third time you run the same prompt in a week, you are already drifting: forgetting a rule here, shortening the context there, and quality wobbles with your memory. That is the moment to move it into a SKILL.md file, where the rules, voice samples, and output formats load automatically every session. My full comparison is in the Claude SEO skills guide, but the one-line version: a prompt is an instruction, a skill is a standard.
